I've been serving women in various roles for over 15 years. I have over 2,000 hours of one-on-one work as a mentor, Biblical counselor, and Life Coach.
I created the Abundant Life Lab curriculum because I began to notice that most issues holding women back boil down to the same 6 things.

Friend, I hear you. Those concerns are exactly why I created the Abundant Life Lab.
It's hard to express the depth of truth you will receive each teaching and the radical shifts that will happen. And it's worth reminding you that the Lab doesn't promise quick fixes. It promises deep, lasting growth over about 6 months.
