Think Like a High EQ Woman
In week one we will give you the building blocks of Emotional Intelligence rooted in Christ and help you shift your mindset radically. You will experience an instant raise your EQ just by seeing things as you never have before.
Week Two
Self Awareness
Self-awareness is the ability to recognize and understand your own emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. It involves being conscious of how these internal states influence your actions and how others perceive you. Self-awareness matters because it:

Self Regulation
It's time to get educated! Learn about the chemistry of emotions, the emotional cycle, how to regulate yourself (so you can feel better even in intense situations and negative feelings). This module includes the much loved section: 20 Ways to Nurture Yourself.

Empathy & Understanding Others
Specifically, let's dive into the difference between Empathy and Enabling, a lesson most women desperately need:

Loving someone well while knowing where you end and where they begin

Motivation
Motivation is what pushes us to achieve our goals, feel more fulfilled and improve overall quality of life. Daniel Goleman, who developed the concept of emotional intelligence in the mid ‘90s, identified four elements that make up motivation: our personal drive to improve and achieve, commitment to our goals, initiative, or readiness to act on opportunities, as well as optimism, and resilience. In this lesson, you will have so many moments where your lack of motivation, burnout, or procrastination all start to make sense as you understand the root cause.

Rebekah Anne Perkins, Christian Speaker & Master Life Coach
While working on her Master's Degree in Biblical Counseling, Rebekah took a class on Emotional Intelligence. As she worked to build her EQ it transformed her inner world, brought deeper relational connection, and even greater self confidence.
