There is one thing that leads to joy in life no matter what the season. New mom? Single? Empty-nester? In a world that promises us joy in a million places, let's come back to reality of our design and the one choice we can make daily that will give us joy for life.

Emotional Intelligence
You've probably heard before that you need to "feel your feelings" or that "Feelings don't matter, truth does." Almost all the advice you've ever been given about emotions is (likely) wrong. Lets let the God of the universe and His Holy Word inform us how to deal with your hearts, hurts, ambition, anger and all the rest of it.
Module Four
Living as Your New Self
The Bible tells us that when we believe in Christ as our Savior we become a "New Creation." Yet many things prevent women walking out their new identity, power, and forgiveness. This module teach you exactly what your new nature is vs. the old, and the 5 things you can do to turn from walking as your old self to walking as your new self, easily and in the moment.
Module Five
Radical Ownership
Do you fall into the trap of expecting other people to make you happy or give you worth? Is it your husband's job? Have you begun to nit-pick and control him? Do your kids feel pushed because you care too much what others think? Let's break the sinful hold of expecting others to do what only God can do. It's time to step up, mature fully, and set yourself and your loved ones free.
