The Juniper Professional Mentor Level 1 Training Curriculum is designed to equip women with the knowledge, skills, perspective, and tools necessary to be effective Christian mentors in their places. This training helps women take their valuable life experience, spiritual maturity, and love for intentional one-on-one care to the next level while enjoying fresh personal growth along the way.

The Skills Needed to Co-Create a Helping Relationship
Skill 1) Establish and Maintain Agreements for Formal Mentoring
Partners with the mentee to create clear agreements about their needs, expectations, the relationship in general, process, plans and goals.
Skill 2) Cultivating Trust and Safety Partners with the others to create a safe, supportive environment that allows the client to share freely. Maintains a relationship of mutual respect and trust.
Skill 3) Maintaining Presence
Is fully conscious and present with the client, employing a style that is open, flexible, grounded and confident
Skill 4) Active Listening
Focuses on what the client is and is not saying to fully understand what is being communicated in the context of the client systems and to support client self-expression

While working on her Master's Degree in Biblical Counseling, Rebekah served as a counselor seeing 30 women a week for two years. She has operated as a Coach for 8 years and has thousands of hours working with women and facilitating massive growth, healing and change in their life.Â
These skills, rooted in correct theology, have allowed her navigate life in a way that strengthened her faith as well as become an influential leader, and an empathetic helping presence.Â
Now, she will teach you the same skills so you can step confidently into whatever role God has given you: Coach, mom, wife, ministry leader, manager or boss.
