I’ve been helping people grow personally and spiritually in various roles for just over 15 years. I hold a master’s degree in Biblical counseling and have over 3,000 hours of working one-on-one with clients. I switched to Life Coaching in 2018 and have been coaching full-time since then.

Coaching is a powerful process that leads the client to discovery (self-awareness), decision-making, performance improvement, and better living so that they are happier on the journey. It is effective because it doesn't just look back, it looks forward, and it holds you and God as the experts on your life. It is empowering, Biblical, and entirely personalized to each client and their life.
HOW COACHING WORKS
Many people have learned or fallen into ways of living and thinking that keep them stuck, Things that they might even think are good or helping them but aren't. Coaching will help you identify and grow beyond these common hang-ups and build new skills. Rebekah will provoke critical mindset shifts, habit creation, and learning for you. She will also hold you accountable for our agreed-upon actions between sessions and offer insightful, loving, empowering encouragement during the whole process.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Whatever your goal is, coaching will help you tap into your "why," create steps to get you there, and help you readjust along the way as needed so that you don't give up. Because real change takes time, Rebekah does not offer single sessions, but rather 2-month or 6-month partnerships that clients pay for monthly. Sessions are 1 hour and held over the phone or Zoom as needed.
